Automated Messaging

TripWorks' automated messaging technology does more than just send a confirmation email to customers at the time of charter booking. Clients like Hunter enjoy setting up automated emails (and/or text messages) to remind customers about their upcoming trip at the one-week, 48-hour, and 24-hour marks.

And, should a trip need to be canceled or rescheduled due to inclement weather, they can even send out a DIY rebooking email to all customers booked for that trip simultaneously.

On-File Credit Card Information

Our software prompts new customers to provide their credit card details early in the booking flow, and it securely saves that information in a place where even we can't view it. That way, should a customer no-call, no show, teams like Hunter's can point to their terms of agreement (not to mention the series of automated messages keeping the customer informed of trip updates) to explain why they proceeded in charging the customer for the trip deposit (when applicable).
