Hi, my name is Melanie. I'm the Director of Product here at TripWorks.
Today we're going to walk through the types of automations that you can set up inside your TripWorks account and why and how to stay on brand.
Staying on brand in your email and SMS communications is crucial. It allows you - the tour operator - to build a consistent and recognizable identity that resonates with your customers. It also reinforces customer values, voice, style, and it makes the experience that much more memorable for all of your customers.
Additionally, this type of consistency and branding enhances professionalism and increases the customer loyalty as well as influences the decisions created by your cohesive design. So let's dive in into some of the ways that you can set up your communication, automate your workflows, and stay on brand so that it fits with your company design and sets you up for overall success.
Looking at your dashboard, under your general settings, you can add your customer or business details, your company logo, and a hero image. This hero image will appear throughout the booking process as well as your email communications that are sent to your customers.
It's important to make this image eye -catching. It should be a clear landscape image, and it should really portray the type of tour or activity that you're operating. Adjusting the content and visual aspects of your email and SMS communication is also crucial.
Right now, we're looking at the email and SMS message template editor. As we scroll through, we can see that this example template relating to a bus tour includes fun emojis and includes a section on what to expect, important information, and contact info.
If we scroll down and we look at the text message. It also includes similar information. It has fun emojis. It's really engaging for the customer. And it provides key details about what they can expect for their upcoming reservation.
Capturing the attention of your abandoned cart reservations is also important. So having a catchy message that relates to your business and really draws the customer's attention in is important. Here we're looking at an abandoned cart email that was customized by this demo account.
We can see it has a catchy subject line, don't miss out, your adventure awaits. It also has some catchy copy. Again, it has fun emojis. It's providing a reminder to the customer of here's what awaits you when you do end up completing this reservation.
And most importantly, there's a call to action button. So it's very clear that the customer simply should click the button and complete their reservation. Additionally, we've added the same type of contacts to the SMS message.
When your customer has sent these emails, here's an example of what they may see in their inbox. So again, that hero image that we set up earlier during this video is noticeable at the top. It's eye -catching and it stands out.
Additionally, the emojis that we've included, the step -by -step of here's what awaits you when you book and that call to action button is very clear and in their face. Similarly, the text message. This is an example of a confirmation text message that the customer can receive.
Again, it gives a quick recap of what they can get ready for. Here's a couple notes. You should arrive early, et cetera. So those are a few different ways that you can customize your messaging within Tripworx.
